Main features:

1. The jet grouting rig is equipped with a detachable 20-meter auxiliary tower

● During jet grouting construction, it can replace the elevated jet grouting, reduce the number of times the drilling tools are disassembled, save time and materials, and reduce quality risks.

● During the construction of anti-floating anchor rods, the anchor rods can be lifted, saving the cost of the crane.

● The detachable auxiliary tower can be disassembled during the construction of inclined anchor cables without affecting other functions of the drilling rig.

● During the construction of short anchor rods, one rod can be used to the end, saving time and effort.

● The auxiliary tower is a standardized design, and the 5 sections can be freely combined into 5 meters, 15 meters, and 30 meters.

2. Large through-hole rotator of the jet grouting rig

● The through-hole diameter is 92mm, and the 89 drill rod can pass smoothly. It can achieve triple jet grouting construction and anchoring construction.

● The jet grouting rig can also use ordinary 89 steel pipes for anchoring construction.

● The hydraulic chuck structure allows the replacement of drilling tools to be convenient and free. No need to worry about replacing transition joints.

● The high-torque power head, combined with our enhanced jet-jet drilling tools, can be used in most strata for jet-jet construction without the need for a lead hole, saving a lot of cost and time.

2. (GXP-220A) Drilling parameter meter can be optionally equipped to achieve real-time recording of 11 construction parameters such as slurry pressure, lifting speed, and rotation speed.
