Fast Pulping Machine

The 700/1500 fast pulping machine is a high-speed turbine pump driven by an electric motor. The slurry is sucked in from the bottom in a vortex shape and sprayed out from the upper end of the barrel, generating a high-speed liquid flow and forming a strong vortex in the barrel, so that the dry powder and water are fully and evenly mixed, thereby achieving the purpose of preparing a low water-binder ratio slurry. Fast pulping machines are widely used in engineering construction such as mining, railways, and highway construction. Grouting materials or grouting agents, cement and water can be mixed to quickly make slurry.
