Slovenski What Training is Required to Operate a High Pressure Rotary Jet Drilling Rig Safely?
High-pressure rotary is a high-risk professional construction equipment involving ultra-high pressure fluid, mechanical rotation and electrical control. Unskilled operation easily causes pipeline burst, equipment damage and personal injury accidents. Professional systematic training is a necessary prerequisite for operators to master standardized operation and ensure construction safety.
Basic theoretical training is the foundation, including equipment structure principle, working mechanism of high-pressure pumping and jetting system, performance parameters of core components, and identification of common fault phenomena. Operators need to master the safety risk points of high-pressure jet construction, understand the hazard mechanism of slurry spraying, pressure surge and mechanical clamping, and be familiar with construction specifications and industry safety operation standards.
Practical operation training focuses on standardized start-stop procedures, parameter adjustment, on-site operation and fault disposal. Trainees need to master accurate adjustment of flow, pressure and rotating speed according to different stratum conditions, skilled pipeline installation and disassembly, and standardized daily inspection and maintenance operations. In addition, special safety emergency training is required, including emergency shutdown operation, pressure relief disposal and accident on-site rescue. Only after passing theoretical assessment and practical examination can operators obtain post qualification to ensure safe and standardized operation of high-pressure rotary jet drilling rigs.
