Slovenski Standard start-up and shutdown procedures are the basic guarantee for the safe and stable operation of jet grouting rigs, which can effectively avoid equipment impact damage, pipeline pressure surge and construction safety accidents. Jet grouting rigs integrate high-pressure pumping, grout mixing and jetting systems, with complex operating logic. Irregular operation easily causes pipeline burst, pump body damage and grout system blockage.
The standardized start-up procedure includes pre-operation inspection first. Check the tightness of high-pressure pipelines, the oil level of hydraulic and lubrication systems, the integrity of electrical circuits and the cleaning degree of mixing tank and filter screen. After confirming no abnormalities, start the equipment in sequence: turn on the power supply, start the circulating water system for pre-cooling, initiate the low-speed idle operation of the high-pressure pump, and run the equipment without load for 3 to 5 minutes to observe operating sound, pressure and temperature stability. Finally, start the grout mixing system and gradually increase pressure to enter formal construction operation.
The shutdown procedure must follow the step-down and pressure-relief principle. First stop grout feeding and mixing, keep the high-pressure pump running with clean water to flush the pipeline and nozzle thoroughly to prevent grout solidification and blockage. Then gradually reduce system pressure to zero, turn off the high-pressure pump and auxiliary equipment in sequence, and cut off the main power supply. After shutdown, clean the equipment surface and residual slurry, check component wear, and record operating parameters. Strict implementation of start-stop procedures eliminates sudden load impact, extends equipment life and ensures construction safety.
