High-Pressure System Maintenance of High-Pressure Rotary Jet Drilling Rigs

The high-pressure system is the core power component of high-pressure rotary jet drilling rigs, directly determining jet grouting quality and equipment service life, and standardized regular maintenance is essential to avoid system failure and performance attenuation.

Daily maintenance focuses on real-time inspection and cleaning: before each construction, check the tightness of high-pressure pipelines, joints, and sealing components to eliminate liquid leakage and pressure loss faults; clean nozzle blockages and pipeline sediment to ensure unobstructed grout and water jet channels. After daily operation, thoroughly flush the high-pressure pump and internal pipelines with clean water to remove residual cement grout and soil particles, preventing material solidification from blocking pipelines and wearing pump bodies. Regular weekly maintenance includes hydraulic oil inspection and replacement: check the oil level, cleanliness, and viscosity of the hydraulic system, replace deteriorated hydraulic oil in a timely manner, and clean the oil filter to avoid impurity wear on hydraulic components.

Inspect the pressure gauge and pressure sensor calibration accuracy to ensure real-time pressure monitoring data is accurate and avoid parameter deviation affecting construction quality. Monthly maintenance focuses on component inspection and debugging: disassemble and inspect high-pressure pump valve groups, piston rings, and wearing parts, replace severely worn accessories, and debug the pressure regulating valve to ensure stable pressure output within the standard range. For long-term idle equipment, drain all residual liquid in the high-pressure system, apply anti-rust oil to metal components, and seal and protect pipelines and nozzles to prevent rust and aging. In addition, avoid over-pressure operation during construction, strictly abide by the equipment rated pressure range, and prevent long-term high-load operation from causing fatigue damage to the high-pressure system. Scientific whole-cycle maintenance can maintain the stability of the high-pressure system, reduce failure rates, and extend the overall service life of the drilling rig.
