Maintenance of the Hydraulic System in Hydraulic Multifunctional Drilling Rigs
Hydraulic technology is a relatively new field that has developed rapidly. It is based on fluid mechanics and has evolved progressively, primarily utilizing the pressure energy of liquids to transmit force and torque, known as hydraulic transmission. Proper use and maintenance of the hydraulic system are critical to ensuring its normal operation and extending the service life of the Hydraulic Multifunctional Drilling Rig.
So, how can the normal operation of the hydraulic system in the Hydraulic Multifunctional Drilling Rig be protected?
(1) Prevent excessively high oil temperatures.
Overheating of the hydraulic system will reduce the viscosity of the hydraulic oil, increase leakage, lower volumetric efficiency, cause instability in oil flow rates, degrade oil quality, and age sealing components. To avoid excessively high oil temperatures, in addition to using the recommended hydraulic oil, it is essential to maintain the correct oil level in the tank to ensure sufficient circulating cooling oil. Hydraulic Multifunctional Drilling Rigs Simultaneously, ensure the cooler has an adequate water supply and that the pipelines are unobstructed.
(2) Prevent contamination of the hydraulic oil.
Contamination of hydraulic oil refers to the introduction of air, moisture, dust, and insoluble precipitates generated by oxidation. Oil contamination will accelerate wear between relatively moving parts in hydraulic components, cause blockages in throttle orifices or jamming of spool pairs, and undermine the oil's chemical stability, accelerating the production of oxides and the decomposition of organic impurities. According to statistics, over 75% of hydraulic system failures are caused by oil contamination. Therefore, the oil tank must be properly sealed, non-oil-resistant seals and hoses should be prohibited, and regular cleaning and oil replacement are necessary to prevent oil contamination and aging.
