Scientific and standardized whole-cycle maintenance is the key to extending the service life of multifunctional anchoring drilling rigs, reducing failure rates, and maintaining stable construction performance, covering daily maintenance, regular maintenance, and long-term idle protection. Daily maintenance focuses on cleaning and inspection: after each construction, thoroughly clean the drill rod, nozzle, hydraulic rod, and equipment surface of residual cement grout, soil, and dust to prevent material solidification and component corrosion.
Inspect the tightness of connecting bolts, drill rod joints, and pipeline interfaces, fasten loose parts, and check the integrity of sealing rings and wear-resistant parts to replace damaged accessories in a timely manner. Regular weekly maintenance focuses on hydraulic system maintenance: check the liquid level, cleanliness, and viscosity of hydraulic oil, clean oil filters and oil circuit impurities, and supplement or replace hydraulic oil according to the service cycle to avoid hydraulic component wear caused by deteriorated oil. Inspect the operating status of the motor and hydraulic pump, check for abnormal noise and overheating, and ensure stable power output. For long-term idle equipment, implement professional protection: drain residual liquid from hydraulic and grouting systems, apply anti-rust oil to metal components, wrap and seal key parts to isolate humid air and dust, and place the equipment in a dry and ventilated environment. In addition, standardize operating habits during construction, prohibit overload and over-limit operation, avoid violent vibration and impact damage to equipment, and formulate targeted maintenance plans according to construction stratum complexity and operating intensity.
