Traditional mining drilling rigs have the shortcomings of manual operation dependence, single function, low precision, and poor safety, and intelligent upgrade can realize automatic operation, precise monitoring, and efficient construction, adapting to the development trend of intelligent mine engineering. The first core upgrade is intelligent control system transformation. The fourth upgrade is remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system construction. Build wireless data transmission modules to upload construction data and equipment operating status to the cloud platform in real time, realize remote monitoring, data statistics, and fault early warning, and support remote technical guidance and fault diagnosis.
The fifth upgrade is functional intelligent expansion. Add automatic slag cleaning and intelligent grouting matching functions, realize automatic adjustment of grouting volume and pressure according to stratum conditions, and upgrade single drilling function to integrated drilling and grouting construction. In addition, install intelligent safety protection systems such as gas monitoring and smoke sensing alarm for underground mining equipment to improve construction safety.
