Slovenski How to Calibrate the Flow Meters on a High Pressure Rotary Jet Drilling Rig?
Flow meters are key measuring components of high-pressure rotary jet drilling rigs, used to monitor real-time grout and water flow to ensure consistent jet grouting pile forming quality. Long-term high-pressure impact and slurry erosion easily cause meter deviation and data distortion. Regular professional calibration can eliminate measurement errors, ensure construction parameter accuracy and avoid unqualified engineering quality caused by unstable flow.
The calibration work follows standardized shutdown and pressure relief procedures first. Cut off the rig power, stop the grout pumping system, and completely release pipeline internal high pressure to ensure zero-pressure and static state of the flow meter, avoiding pressure residual affecting calibration accuracy. Clean the meter pipeline thoroughly to remove residual condensed grout, sediment and impurities, preventing pipeline blockage and flow resistance interference. Check the sensor probe and display screen for wear, dirt and signal delay faults to ensure basic component integrity.
Subsequently, adopt professional standard flow calibration equipment for comparison testing. Set multiple gradient flow parameters covering low, medium and high working ranges of the rig, record the display data of the on-site flow meter and standard instrument respectively, and calculate deviation values. Adjust the meter internal calibration parameters according to error data to correct numerical offset. After calibration, conduct 30-minute simulated load operation to verify data stability. Finally, record calibration data, affix calibration labels, and formulate regular calibration cycles to maintain long-term accurate measurement of high-pressure jet drilling flow parameters.
