Grout mixing and pumping are the core process links of high-pressure rig jet grouting construction, which directly determine grout uniformity, fluidity and pile forming quality. Standardized operation practices can avoid grout segregation, blockage, pressure instability and other problems, ensuring high-quality and efficient grouting construction.
Scientific proportioning and standardized mixing are the foundation. Strictly follow the design water-cement ratio, accurately weigh cement, water and additives, and avoid random proportion adjustment. Adopt graded stirring process: low-speed pre-stirring to eliminate agglomeration, high-speed circulating stirring to ensure uniform grout mixing and stable viscosity. Control stirring time reasonably to prevent insufficient mixing segregation or excessive stirring grout performance attenuation, and ensure the grout has good fluidity and pressure transmission performance suitable for high-pressure pumping.
Standard pumping operation and process control are key. Before pumping, install multi-stage filtering devices to intercept undissolved particles and impurities to prevent nozzle and pipeline blockage. Adopt low-pressure pre-pumping exhaust to eliminate pipeline air bubbles and avoid pressure surge and unstable jet flow. Keep continuous and uniform pumping during construction, avoid frequent start-stop and sudden pressure change. Clean the mixing tank and pumping pipeline thoroughly after construction to prevent residual grout condensation and scaling.
